James A. Stepan has over 20 years of legal experience in the areas of Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, and Business Transactions in South Florida.
He has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Intellectual Property as Accredited by the Florida Bar since 2008. He handles both litigation and transactional matters, including appeals.
Mr. Stepan graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999 and from the Johns Hopkins University in 1996.
